House Call
Computers can be a nuisance when they go wrong, but who do you turn to? You don't want the upheaval of disconnecting your computer, taking it back to the shop, then finding the problem is still there when you get it home. You may have a warranty on the computer, but find that it has expired, or have had bad experiences from your supplier.
Taylored Systems understands the problems that computers cause, and the best way to fix them.
Our support package includes:
- A home visit
- Identification and fix the problem
- Clear documentation provided of how we fixed the problem
- Tuition on how the problem occurred, and how to fix it in the future
- Follow up call to make sure that everything is working OK, and if not, a free home visit (Subject to the original problem reoccurring again)
Our hourly charge for support queries is £30 per hour including VAT (No callout fee) between 8am-6pm, Mon to Sat. We are available out-of-hours so please call for a quote.
Hardware and software installation
Have you purchased some hardware or software that won't install properly? Dare you delve into the heart of your computer to install some hardware? Do you need advice on which software or hardware are right for your computer?
Taylored Systems will install any hardware or software that you have purchased and show you how to use it. We also sell our own hardware and software, so why not come to us for purchase and fitting.
Our hourly rate is £30 per hour including VAT
* Please note that any hardware or software not purchased from Taylored Systems and found not to be compatible with your computer will still be charged at our standard hourly rate.
** Software or hardware supplied by Taylored Systems and found not to be compatible will not be charged for.
